We just got back fromTurkey and the recipes are excellent! Also good to look at as far as just reading. My Lebanese friend, who is an excellent cook, finds the seasonings authentic. I am giving her a copy!

Recipes in the book are easy to follow and wonderfully satisfying. Would highly recommend this book to anyone willing to try out authentic interpretations of Mediterranean dishes.

This is a really good book, the recipe's are really authentic and easy to follow. I'm Turkish and I love the way all of the recipe's have been written. Definitely a good purchase!!!

Very happy.
Great little book for those who like Turkish food. Full of colourful appetising photos and easy to follow recipes. Handy addition to the kitchen.

Bought the book with the view of learning to cook turkish food. not an idea book for the begineer. Authentic receipes but hard to follow.
