Format:Mass Market Paperback
The Sugar Busters book is a comprehensive book but the shoppers guide keeps you from having to sift thru all of the pages of the big book. It is a very handy book to have when shopping for the correct foods.

This book was good but I felt for the money spent it should of supplied more detailed guidelines for portion control, and daily totals of protein, veggies. It makes it seem like you can have as much as you want and this is not the case. I did not stay on it like I should of.

Buyers beware! Neither this book nor the audiotape by the authors describe the diet or give menus. I was most disappointed with the Sugar Busters tape. It contains only evidence supporting the diet, but no help for getting started.

Just a Bust!
I enjoyed the first effort of this quartet and looked forward to this addition. It was supposed to be a sugar free, low glycemic index food shopping guide that names names. Read more
