This is an amazing and wonderful book that has great transformative power. Daniel Ladinsky's translations are full of light. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

These are words that leave the page and enter you brain,your heart, your soul; they fizz and delight the senses. The truth and joy of this writing is more than language it is a reawakening of the sense of Universal oneness. There is a beauty in Hafiz that is irresistable.

A favourite
This book is definitely a Daniel Ladinsky interpretation of Hafiz's exact rhymes, rather than a pure translation, but don't be put off by that. Read more

Alike to swallowing molten gold...
