After spending lots of money on Podiatrist visits, steroid injections, shoe inserts nothing worked until a chance meeting with a physio who told me to buy a Strassburg Sock. I can now put my foot flat on the floor in the mornings with zero pain its a fantastic feeling, I wear it every night and its comfortable in bed. Thank you for the speedy delivery as well.

As a night splint I think it's not the best option. I though it could be better than the mainstream models, specially because it acts as well stretching the plantar Dacia from the fingers.
The reality though is that basically that's the only thing it does. As a consequence the overall stretch is minimum. Then if you fast it harder it is the comfortable night splint no more.
For me the other options worked better.

I ordered and was delivered on time be it only made my achilles tendon worse. I am sure it works well for other types of injury but it caused me pain.

I have had plantar fasciitis for 6 months now. I've used the strassburg sock for a few weeks and it hasnt really helped me. I guess with all products, what works for one person may not work for another. Sadly I am the latter!

I have been using the sock for about 2 weeks and it is definitely helping my plantar fasciitis. I am not cured yet but it feels like with continued use I may be able to regain normal use within a couple of months.

My wife was advised she needed to wear this (at night). Her Osteopath is quite pleased with progress so far.

Really happy with the results. It took some time to be able to sleep with it on but now I can sleep all the way through. The pain in my heel is going, having physio so I can't say for sure if it is all down to the sock but it has made a difference. I previously tried a cheap one with no recognisable improvement, this one however I am really pleased with. Quality is good, Velcro is tough enough to hold in place and above all it is comfortable.
