Book Description

15 Sep 2011 Bible Niv

'The Greatest Story Ever Told' is more than just a cliché.

God has gone to great lengths to rescue lost and hurting people. That is what THE STORY is all about - the story of the Bible, God's great love affair with humanity. In this teen edition, the text of the Bible is condensed into 31 chapters, each introduced by a quick review. Fun flipbook animations featuring main characters and elements are featured in the margins. Side tabs will help you bookmark your spot. THE STORY sweeps you into the unfolding progression of Bible characters and events from Genesis to Revelation. Using the clear, accurate, and easy-to-understand text of the New International Version, it allows the stories, poems, and teachings of the Bible to read like a novel. And like any good story, it is filled with intrigue, drama, conflict, romance, and redemption.

Selections from the NIV Bible with short transitions to connect the reader to the continuing story.Events, characters and teachings of the Bible arranged chronologically.

Time lines of Bible events.

Bible text from the fully revised and updated New International Version (NIV).

The Teen version is the same wording as the "adult" version, but with a few added guides, which as an adult i prefer!
A super present for anyone, a flowing read of history...

3.0 out of 5 stars Not a bad product - why so expensive? 11 May 2013
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
Happy to have this product, but the pricing doesn't make sense. It's currently 6.99 while the Enhanced Kindle Edition is 3.99. Why do we get charged an extra 3 for less content?!
