Truly the ultimate vampire book for teens and up. If you love vampire books, you can't miss this one. Gow takes the idea of vampires as we know them, and turned it around. You're left wondering who is the greater monster, vampires or humans?

but soon moves to current times.
The sisters have very different personalities and grate on each other
but at the same time they need each other.
A couple of men come into their lives but they have secrets as well.
Through time and history they are all connected

This book beats all other vampire books by miles. It is a unique interesting storyline,not the usual boring plots. The characters of the stoker sisters stay true to themselves thoughout the story, and I found myself unable to stop, so much so that I cut my hand trying to continue reading while making dinner at the same time! Although I guessed the ending (which I tend to do with most books), the conclusion was reached in such a way that I still thought 'wow', and i've already re-read it 3 times. Just bought the sequel so I'll let you all know how it goes. WELL WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY!!! Thank you to the author for breaking the vampire mould.
