Classic Graham 23 April 2004
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format: Mass Market Paperback
The back cover says: "Women in uniform weren't Cristos Stephanides' thing-until he saw Betsy, in her chauffeur's outfit at the wheel of his hired limousine....He was determined to seduce her, and his enemies thoughtfully provided the opportunity by holding him captive on a Mediterranean island, along with Betsy. While they waited to be rescued, Cristos pursued his passion plan with increased enthusiasm... despite Betsy pointing out to him that she could well become pregnant with his child." This is part of a Harlequin Greek Tycoons miniseries and is a classic Graham story. I liked the part where Betsy waits up for Cristos to get home from his long workdays with an indoor picnic. I've read almost all of Graham's stories and even though this wasn't my top favorite it was nice and if you're an avid Graham reader you'll definately want to get this.

enjoyed every word... 15 May 2014

LG has done a great job again. The h is a feisty young lady who holds her own thru out the book. The H is a shameless playboy who is quite open about his womanising but as the story progresses his integrity, honour and caring shine thru. Very well developed and leads to a smooth conclusion. A keeper.

Haven't I Read This Before? 24 Jun. 2004

Back of the book: Women in uniform weren't Christos Stephanides' thing-until he saw Betsy, in her chauffer's outfit at the wheel of his hired limosine...He was determined to seduce her, and his enemies thoughtfully provided the opportunity by holding him captive on a Mditerranean island, along with Betsy.
While they waited to be rescued, Christos pursued his passion plan with increased enthusiasm...despite Betsy pointing out to him that she could well become pregnant with his child...
WHAT A MESS!!!! I am a huge Lynne Graham fan and I was thoroughly disappointed with this one. This book was a jumble of other Graham books like Prisoner of Passion, The Trophy Husband and The Expectant Bride and even even other storylines seemed to be borrowed for this book. I spent more time skimming the pages than really reading it. Now I will admit that a lot of her storylines are similar but they were still at least interesting. I really hope she does a better job next time around because this was a disgrace to the name Lynne Graham.

Wasn't sure if i wanted to read it because of some of the reviews even though i LOVE LOVE Lynne Graham.

But i did like it the female character's job was different and i liked her not her family though. The male character typical Alpha male but being on the island alone and wanting each other bad enough to throw caution to the wind hey gotta love it..

Not the best of her books 21 Nov. 2012

I really enjoy this author but this book just wasn't up to scratch. The characters were fairly likable and I suppose the storyline was a bit different but on the whole this book wasn't wonderful.
