5.0 out of 5 stars Spitfire Pocket manual. 9 Jun 2011
I have many sources of info on the various Spitfire marks but this nicely covers the early versions so is useful for anyone with an interest in the BoB. Very good mix of technical and anicdotal subjects. Highly recommend and a bargin price!

4.0 out of 5 stars Spitfire Manual 4 Dec 2010
Lots of fun for overgrown schoolkids like me. It's always nice to get the authentic touch, and the reproduction of one pilot's log book made fascinating reading - not so much for the combat bits, far more so for the far more numerous entries for a positioning flight or a patrol that never found a thing!

This is a great little read, and it arrived promptly. Very interesting with the added individual pilot notes. It was in excellent condition, almost like new.
