Pick up this book and take it to your nearest wood and read it there, you won't be disappointed. This book is written with such passion and insight it makes you want to experience the Green Man for yourself.
The stories are beautifully constructed along with the poetry dotted throughout the book. The guided visualisations are magical and the text is very thought provoking. The main thing about the book I found is that it makes you want to actually do something, unlike some other books I have read this one makes you want to get out in the world and experience all it has to offer.
A great cautionary tale for us all.

I think this is the only book that I have put down in my entire life. I am interested in the mythology behind the greenman but the author clearly wasn't writing for anyone else but for herself. Very disappointing, boring and irrelevant.

On reading this book i have discovered alot about nature spirituality i never knew. With the help of the author discriptions of a very personal journey balanced with good reasearch and thought provoking argument. i have been given a discription of the Green Man so that i may find him for myself.
