The book is really good. It explains the history, how to store and use the spices and herbs. But there is just one small piece that I would love to have in it and this is the reason why I gave the 4. With every spice and herb, there is a list of food that goes well with it. It would be great to have another list, the other way around; food and the list of spices and herbs that go well with it. E.g. White fish goes with parsely, capers....
This is really a small sugestion for the next edition. The book is the bible for spices and herbs.
