This book explains what George Soros has learned concisely and clearly without the repetition experienced in his other book on the financial crash of 2008.
However the other book is more up to date, has more examples and is worth the effort for serious study.
As a hedge fund trader he makes a good case for stronger regulation but does not go as far as banning short trading. Reading between the lines however this ban appears to be essential to reduce the devastation so easily caused by traders.
