Book Description

8 Jun 2008
This is a new book of holy scripture for a new and modern age, as revealed to Azrael Ondi-Ahman by the Heavenly Mother and Heavenly Father of all mankind. It begins with the proposition that the only appropriate religion for mankind is humanity itself, for it is from this humanity that God first evolved. Written over a period of 28 years, and at great personal sacrifice, The Song of God proposes a radical theology revolutionary in its depth and scope. It is the foundation upon which the true Gnostic Church of the modern era has been restored.

About the Author

Azrael Ondi-Ahman, a.k.a., Archie Dean Wood, was born into a strictly religious Southern Baptist family. From his earliest childhood, Azrael could not believe the stories and descriptions in the Bible claiming to depict the nature and disposition of God. This began a long spiritual quest which imposed upon Azrael a great many sacrifices, hardships, and heartaches. In the Uintah Wilderness Area of Utah, Azrael was confronted by the real-life, physical appearance of Heavenly Father and Heavenly Mother. For a period of four days and three nights, God spoke face to face with Azrael and commissioned him to write a completely new and modern book of scripture that would more accurately convey the true knowledge and wisdom of God the Father and the Mother. In spite of the ridicule, persecution, and hostility of the Christian community, Azrael has remained faithful and steadfast to his testimony regarding the coming forth of God and Heaven.

3.0 out of 5 stars Good, but perhaps not complete 18 Feb 2013

Very good ideas and sound advice regarding doubt and Lucifer. However, I found it interesting that in noting that God is not omnipotent, Azrael did not contemplate that perhaps instead God is impartial.

1.0 out of 5 stars I know Azrael 25 Dec 2012

I was introduced to the Song of God after speaking with Cort Bramwell, the scribe of the text (also who the book is dedicated to). It is a very interesting text, well written, and very complex. However, the book deserves a single star due to its overtly anti-Mormon tones, attempts at aggrandizing Azrael into a celestial being, and its ridiculous cosmology. Azrael is very serious about his mission, but this should clue you to his insanity. The Song of God is nothing more than the words of an angry excommunicated Mormon reeling from a serious case of PTSD from Vietnam. One star for this book of "scripture." Note: I am not a Mormon.
