I was very pleased with my purchase of thomas & friends The snowy surprise I bought for a friends little boy (aged 3) who is a massive fan of thomas the tank, Great value for the money.

I can't believe someone actually complained about the size of the book. I thought the size was ideal for when my little grandson is cuddled in to me. I can still hold it, read it, and he can look at the pictures and talk about what's going on in them at the same time.
My grandson absolutely loves this book, in fact he wasn't well last week and it was the first story he asked me to read to him. Even while feeling rather bad after being sick etc, he still wanted to be able to see the pictures, although he didn't talk about them this time as he didn't feel up to it wee soul.
He is only 2 and it's one of his favourite books, another being The Magic Porridge Pot. He is an avid lover of all Thomas items. I'm so pleased at the fun and pleasure he gets from this story and I intend buying more from the series. I think the comment about the price was a bit unfair too, especially when you think of all the fun and pleasure that's derived for a little over £2.00. What fun can kids get for this price nowadays???? BUY IT!!!

This is the book that started the love affair my son currently has with Thomas the tank engine. He loves the bright cheerful pictures and sits in rapture as i read the story to him. I have since purchased the 65 book collection :@)

Great story from Thomas & Friends, my three year old grandson loved this and I enjoyed reading it to him. A great book for Xmas time.
