Like many people with eczema who are looking for a cure, I bought this book in desperation to find some relief. I have many different eczema books and this is the worst I have ever bought. At 42 pages it's more of a pamplet than a book and half of it's contents is describing Kathleen's experience of growing up with a range of ailments. It's quite clear that she has many health problems - asthma, food intolerances, acne, migranes, oral thrush, hair loss (I could go on). She has put her problems down to a yeast infection, of which only one of the aliments is eczema. She has no medical background, nor is their any support or back-up for her findings. Whilst it's certainly true that this highly restrictive diet worked for her, unless you are plagued with all of the symptoms that she has, I think it's highly unlikely it will help.
Buy 'The Eczema Solution' instead which has helped me far more and is based on the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital programme.
