A roadmap 9 Aug 2005
By Jana Berghoefer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
This books is a great resource. A roadmap for what to consider when designing your own pay for skills system. Still, there are questions still unanswered (that only you can answer for yourself), but a discussion on pros and cons would be helpful....for instance, my organization is stuck on how many skill blocks or levels we should include in our system and while I saw samples with few and other samples with many, we haven't been able to get past that hurdle. BUT....it'll get you started.
