Beauty and mystery 20 April 2011
Format:Paperback
I have been an enthusiastic fan of Andy Bigwood's work for some years now and I am excited to discover this lovely collection of his work. An artist who instinctively knows and understands the beauty and mystery needed for superb fantasy artwork. This book is destined to be an instant, much admired and coveted collector's item. Though it is always better to see the originals to get the full effect of his technique and mastery of colour, this will be a wonderful item to own and savour. Enjoy !

My Wraeththu, Know bounds 24 Sep 2011
By Blyme - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase
First of all the book is certainly overprised art book, for it lack meaty content and it's riddled with incomplet stories obscure art designs. It should be call "The Sixty Dribbles"

It awfully abstract in content, and Ego of the artist overshadow everything! Yeah Bigwood is a good name for him. For definitely something is inflated in his artistic sensibilities, almost as if he tries too hard to be arty! Also there seems to be little feeling in what he paints. I have seen artist on Deviate Art with more feeling and skill.

He seems to create things that only has some obsecure meaning for him or a select few. Also the pics have little connection to each other. There is little to relate too for the average sci-fi fan or even a Wraeththu fan. The shorts stories that went with the pictures... were for the most part, totally in complete, or insensible in meaning.

I was very disapointed since it came from Storms Constantine's publishing house! So,
Guys, Don't waste your money! Buy a good Sci-fi novel, its much cheaper!!!
