Delivered promptly but voice not transmitting through the mic. No returns label on box. Emailed vendor twice via Amazon and left product feedback. Vendor emailed me said didn't receive first email and criticised me for leaving negative feedback. At present, we have a system that does not work; it may be the mic or it may be something else but this doesn't help us. Vendor has said they will send a replacement mic.
