This book is a thinly veiled info-mercial for the seminars. Full of outlandish claims and anecdotal ramblings from Mind Control Converts it just seems to try too hard to convince the reader that the techniques (which are also very thinly explained) work.

Even if you believe that the human mind is capable of some of the things in this book (as I actually do) then I'm uncertain that the out-dated methods reported could help you to achieve it.

Finding "Your Level" merely consists of looking up at a 20 degree angle, closing your eyes and counting backwards from 100. Sure, I felt sleepy doing this but I could have had the same experience counting sheep.

The visualisation elements (which sounded interesting) are also pretty diluted compared to what's possible using NLP etc. Rather than fully experience the visualisation, this method seems (at least from the instructions I read) to prefer you to watch on an imaginary screen (as if detached) which is nowhere near as powerful.

I think the Silva Method is well past its sell by date and there are hundreds of books out there that simply outshine this book in every way.

Really not worth your time, let alone money.

This is the best book I have ever read on the subject of the use of the mind to achieve one's desires. Although no substitute for an actual Silva mind control course it contains more than enough information to "whet" ones appetite. The book contains detailed instructions on how to get started in using the Silva Method of Mental Dynamics.

Very good and simple method. Everybody can use and understand. Before purchase this book I'd downloaded from internet. I'd liked too much. Then I decided to buy from Amazon.
