From the Back Cover

The men in black are amoung us. Sinister assassins intent on silencing human witnesses of all UFO sightings...permanently! But the true mission of these savage strangers led by the evil 'Marcabian' with unusually pale skin and glowing eyes goes further than any simple cover-up of the Roswell aliens or flying saucer landings. They are an undercover advance guard from an extra-terrestrial race. Ruthless warriors from a distant planet, who have hoodwinked our politicians with the promise of incredible technological advances in exchange for their secret co-operation. But far from being for the benefit of Mankind, the time space portal the strangers are covertly building is really the signal for Earths armageddon - a wide open gateway for alien invasion. Only a sceptical government agent (Jack Scalia - T-Force, Dark Breed), a mysterious intergalactic peace-keeper (Dennis Christopher - Chariots Of Fire) and a stunningly attractive female journalist (Lucinda Weist - Blown Away) stands between the extra-terrestrial army and the total annihalation of the human race. The Silencers.....They're here and they're hungry for conquest.

Top features of this film include : A levitating cow ; Bad attitude aliens that push innocent commuters off escalators and can get onto a tube train AFTER the doors have closed, Car chases where the oncoming traffic is the same 5 cars for nearly ten minutes ; A super-smug peace loving friendly Alien called Comdor ; Stunts from the cliche book of stunts ; Alien talk that sounds a lot like swear words. It sounds bad, but stangely it is more entertaining than many big budget films of the ilk. I think it is unintentional satire, if there is such a thing.

The other reviewer was right in saying there is something about this movie. However, it is very B movieish and some of the special effects are awful. If you are a real Sci Fi fan you will enjoy it. If you are a new convert to Sci Fi with the advent of so many Sci Fi labeled blockbusters then steer clear of this.
It is a three star movie tending towards two stars.

Ah, sweet 80's nostalgia! New Age conspiracies about alien MIB's (Men In Black) and overthrowing of human government. Despite old special effects it has its bright moments, especially Dennis Christopher's character in the movie.
