"Clearly laid out." Journal of Institute of Leadership and Management

Product Description

** NOTE - Due to how this book has been reproduced the print quality of the diagrams are low quality with patchy shading. ** Any consultant aiming to survive and succeed in a competitive world needs to have a clear and concise change model to hand; one that can guarentee delivery of a wide range of change projects.Based around the author's 7C's model - client, clarify, create, change, confirm, continue, close - this book offers both budding and experienced consultants a solid framework to enable them to manage any consultancy assignment. With the help of the crib notes on the pull-out back pocket guide, the 7 C's model will show you how to improve your professionalism, and deliver clear and demonstrable results to clients, bringing them back for more. This second edition has been thoroughly overhauled to improve every aspect of the programme, with new models in all sections. There is a substantial additional element on ethical consulting - vital in the post-Enron business environment. Seven Cs of Consulting remains the definitive process guide, with no time sensitive case studies.

Rock Solid 12 Feb 2009
By Marc Pennline - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
Consulting has been my career for 20+ years, CSC, BearingPoint, Sapient, and my own firm for 7+ years. I love this book. Few people have so concisely captured the skills, techniques, general methodology, and approach related to our arcane art in the way Mr. Cope has. If I had to pass one book to a potential, mid-level, or even seasoned consultant to convey "how to", THIS would be it. A worthy, solid, "cookbook" for those who want to sharpen their skills or even start their own shop.
Mick Cope rocks! 7 Jun 2007
By Elwanda Bennett - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
I have actually purchased a few copies of this book. This information is useful to new and experienced consultants alike. Mick provides insight to each phase of the process. It is also a useful tool if read in tandem with Peter Block's Flawless Consulting book.
