This wonderful book is essentially a commentary on Christ'sSermon on the Mount written from the viewpoint of a Vedantin who also appears to have an enormous amount of respect for Christianity. Christians and non-Christians alike would be very well served to read this book. My only complaint is that it is written with the assumption that you already believe, to an extent, its main thesis: that Christ's teachings were not exclusivist. I happen to agree with this thesis, but I feel that the book did not argue it thoroughly enough to convince someone who disagrees.
