The openness of the people taking part in the film makes their pieces of advice trustworthy. You recognise yourself in many situations they describe. And most of all, their tips are really specific and helpful.
There is enough space for improving, though. You can see that the film has been made some time ago (somewhere in the 90's, in my opinion), which makes it look a bit obsolete.
All in all, a good reference and source of inspiration.

what a load of codswallop,,,,,,,, nah mate leave this one alone,,, it did nothing for me at all. I just wanna know what to do, for how long to achieve what i want.... i don't wanna see a hear no fanciful depiction of what you experienced i wanna do it wihout getting my missus pregnant. if you're like me then buy the modern tantra an erotic workshop for lovers,,,,it's the closest you'll get to being in a class and being instructed. to be honest mantak chia's book sexual reflexology was the best help to me. apart from the modern tantra dvd all the other were big dissapointments.

Niyaso first appeared on UK television when she was featured in the now rare collectors film "sacred sex" documentary (of which we still have a "very old and worn out" copy at our tantra retreat centre)" in the late 1980's, when she was leading workshops with Alan Lowen in Maui. This DVD film takes you step by step though all the major components of tantric sex and reflects the authors interest in a diverse range of tantric practises gleaned from Buddhism and Hinduism among other. A well crafted film that avoids alot of the clichés and is very much based in the "so called" neo - tantra movement.
A good introduction for those thinking of taking part in tantric sexuality workshops.
We recommend it to our students as a prerequisite to learning tantric sex at our retreat centre for those that have "first time nerves" or want to know more about what's involved before signing up to a workshop. This film also complements other dvd's such as the Muir's collections and the pioneering erotic tantra work of Joseph Kramer.
