With a scientific basis for some of its arguments, the book seems authoritative and when I've tried some of the techniques I was met with unfailing success. The illustrations and photos provide excellent instruction and examples however the layout gives it a glossy "coffee table" feel rather than that of a manual that can be easily referenced and searched for particular information.
The authors, however, are the first to admit that body language must be interpreted within context - there is no fool proof way to read a person, but this book's strength is that it will help other people to read you more easily. Men/woman will know when you are interested in them and so give you a response much more quickly than you may be used to.
This book is far superior to many other simmilar titles and has relevance outwith sexual relationships. It should provide an interesting and instructive read for anyone seeking insight into body language.
