While I'm not a sales person, a friend let me borrow this book a few years ago to help me better interact with my clients. So I was excited to see it here on Amazon and bought it immediately. I find this book to be VERY helpful; it's gives very specific ways to help you get along with others (getting "into rapport" the author says). Things like what words to say and what to avoid. For example, always use positive words to get what you want, not negative. Like if I say "DON'T think about a pink elephant" what comes to mind? A pink elephant. What you say is what sticks in their minds, so say what you want! So simple, but I never thought of it until reading this book!!
Anyway, after reading this book my client list increased through word of mouth. I hadn't changed how I did my actual work, just how I interacted with people. So after reading the book this time, I decided to contact Daniel for a private one on one coaching. And let me tell you, three Skype sessions later I'm soooo glad I did! He not only helped me with work, he also helped me sort out some regular old life stuff. He listened and gently guided me to the things I already knew I wanted, but couldn't see. He really has a gift for listening and hearing what you REALLY want and helping you recognize it for yourself.
