I loved this book, Anne Hassett explains in plain language, how easy it can be to get out of your own way, start enjoying the life you're living and create the life you want! Easy to read and very informative, I'll be refering to this book again and again.

What I love most about this book is it offers spiritual advice in the most grounded way. Using her humour, wisdom and humanness Anne encapsulates the essence of how we need to let of go of trying too hard and hand it all over. If I can just follow this advice I really know my life will be so much easier!
