I liked this book very much. In particular, I liked the section on stress in cats, how to detect the presence of stress, how to prevent it or cure it if it occurs. Every cat owner should read it.

I really enjoyed this book, which I think is a great one to start learning about cats and their way of thinking... I found the pictures and text very easy to work my way through and wouldn't have any hesitation in recommending this book to anyone who is beginning to find out about their feline companion. The beautiful pictures alone are worth the cost of this book and Vicky Halls' light-hearted and accessible way of giving insight into the mind of one of our best loved fur-babies makes it well worth the purchase. I think that all her books are great and although I've had cats for over 30 years I DID learn quite a bit as I worked my way through them.

Anyone who has an interest in cats cannot fail to love this book, its brilliant. I brought it for a friend who is constantly calling me to let me know how good it is! Every breed description and behaviour problem is explained so well good ratio of text and pictures.
