Finally, a book that brings a much needed multi-disciplinary approach to the study of our reality. To get an understanding of how our world, our very lives came to be as it is, you need to study science, myth, history, philosophy, religion and a host of other disciplines and sub-disciplines. Ms Jadczyk managed to do this for over thirty years and the result is Secret History of the World. It describes where we've been and where we can go given the knowledge. It tells why thinking positive thoughts or praying on it isn't enough to stop the carnage all around us. To make it in a world where innocents are sacrificed on a daily basis one cannot sit back and think it can't or won't happen to them. Our world is at the point where one can't help but think of the obvious-wars, disease, environmental degradation, suffering. If you are concerned about this in anyway, read the book to find out what our options are. It's not population control or war on terror, as some would like us to think. Ms Jadczyk puts the evidence for a better reality in context so that the reader can see what it really takes to get there. It is written in plain easy to understand language because Ms. Jadczyk has a knack for making difficult topics understandable. I must warn the reader though, it's a whole lot of reading at some 800 or so pages but well worth the time and effort.
