You know those things in life that you think but are too scared to say? This author tells it how it is. A unique book with a real-life diary format. Unusual but it works. One of those books where it will have you laughing out loud, not to mention those brilliant cringe-worthy 'Oh my god, I've soooooo done that!' moments. It's a bargain! Can't wait for this author to write the next one. Tedious Tina, ex-husbands pants and Bin Laden's bed linen .... paaaaaahaaaaaaa ... genius!

It's not often I can relate to authors, in this case it happened frequently. It was a funny, interesting read with lots of 'oh my god I've done that' moments. Put your feet up and be prepared to read through to the end as its impossible to put down!

This book is very funny: I can totally understand the author's comments. In fact when I wasn't laughing I was nodding along.
However, the publisher's use of 's for plurals ended up annoying me so much that much of the enjoyment of the actual book was lost for me. I know it's pedantic, but we encourage our kids to read in order to improve their langauge skills as well as for enjoyment -if publishers cannot be bothered to get this right in printed material what hope is there for the rest of us? Just because the book is mainly for adults and not kids why should standards be lower?
This smacks of both laziness and carelesness and it's a pity as this is otherwise an enjoyable, well written descriptive book.
