A classic album! 26 July 2007
Format:Audio CD
This album is superb and I applaude the Dermot O'Leary show for producing such a quality album. I had never heard of bands such as The Stars or New York Funds but they are some of the best track on the album. Zero 7 perform I Go To Sleep and if you don't fall in love with it then you must be insane. It's amazing to get rare live sessions like this with artists such as Kasabian, Amy Winehouse, Lily Allen, The Kooks and the list goes on and on. I guarantee you will love this album!!

My Review 25 July 2007
Format:Audio CD
if you like live real music including accoustics and rare covers you will love this album. Fantastic 2 disks jam packed full of amazing tracks by some of the best artists known to date! I especially loved Amy Winehouse, Guillemots, Kooks, and James Morisson! Amazing!

As an official old geezer pushing 50 I picked up this CD out of curiosity, not because I've ever listened to Dermot O'Leary's show. I think I'm going to start - the double CD is utterly brilliant and hasn't been off my CD player for weeks now. Something old something new something borrowed something blue on here, terrific and imaginative cover versions (Supertrooper done unplugged style, Wichita Lineman re-interpreted, and who'd have thought that under the cheesy over-produced surface, George Michal's Careless Whisper is actually a bloody good song?). I'm already checking out a lot of these artists I've missed out on... makes me feel 18 all over again

Brilliant
I bought this for my husband who loves his music and i'm a bit of an 80's girl and love odd bits of everything. We both love it, the covers are great and there's a great mix. Read more

Never get bored of this...
This is a must-have for any ipod. There are very few songs I skip past (Manics being the only one) and some really memorable covers - Willy Mason doing a George Michael's Careless... Read more

Spanking

Good but theres better out there
Don't get me wrong, its a good album but on the heels of the live lounge and the est 1967 it feels a bit second rate.
