Format:Paperback
I found this book very useful for advice on various aspects of the role of SENCO in mainstream schools. The photocopiable section is extremely helpful for staff development issues. I would recommend this book for anyone who has recently been appointed SENCO.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Must to read book by new SENCOs 28 Sept. 2011
Format:Paperback
Being a new SENCO at a primary school has been a challenging experience. I started the NASENCO course last year where this book was introduced to us. Since then I have been using it whenever I needed guidance, references, or even to find support for clarifying my own responsibilities. I wish I read this book before starting my role. This book will make you understand what is the role of a SENCO or an Inclusion manager and prepares you for what to expect when managing change in your own settings. I found this book very easy to read and I would highly recommend it to all the new SENCOs and the Inclusion managers.
