Very satisfied with product when i eventually received it! Original article never arrived despite carrier stating it had been delivered. When i phoned to complain i was told the non delivery would be checked with carrier and if necessary i would be sent another article. Would be contacted within three days.
Waited three or more weeks then phoned again, received apology for non contact and told another article would be dispatched. True to word, article delivered 5 days later. Shame about non follow-up after first call.
