An older book in an older style with black and white print and photographs.Content suitable for level two and upwards students who are taking practical courses in the subject. Design templates for run out borders, lettering, inscriptions and monograms as well as covering the basics of marzipan and royal icing coatings.Not a coffee table book

This is a very wordy, technical study on Royal icing. It describes in deptht how it work and how to use it. It may not be for the very beginner, but as a place to start, it's not to bad. Royal icing is slowly becoming my hobby, as I love piping work. Eddie Spence's book is still the most recommended RI book on my shelf. Enjoy!
