However, I agree with the previous reviewer that the author is really super negative about the cities/ villages in Devon and Cornwall, usually starting his descriptions with "yet another unremarkable town".
The author's highlight seems to be when talking about clay & china.
I would normally give it 5 stars for the maps, restaurant tips ... all the things which make the Rough Guide excellent but this time, it's only 3 - with a push.
