The Roachford files is a wonderful collection of songs exposing the true roachford sound and how it has changed over the years. The tracks represent moments in time that everyone can relate to, whether it be the bitterness of 'family man' or the hope of 'only to be with you'. The inlay cover to this album is very good too as it shows where the inspiration for each song came from. This album depicts Roachford at their very best.

Andrew Roachford is the definitive soul singer, raw talent 5 Oct 2000

Roachford is among the best in terms of soul singing, although he has rarely had the recognition he deserves for his voice. This album will hopefully let people sample the best of Roachford, and appreciate the lyrical soulmans voice. Catchy tunes, thoughtful lyrics, they are all here, if you like people like R Kelly, then this album is a must. This album should rightfully be in everybodies cd collection, and he should get the recognition he deserves. For those interested, he is also one of the best live acts I have ever seen. Treat yourself to a surprise, buy this cd, you wont regret it, i guarentee it!

This Album is just as superb as all his others. An amazing voice that hasn't had the recognition he deserves. If you get the chance to see him in concert take it. A fantastic performer. I've seen Craig Daivd live as well and although his voice is nowhere near as good and as strong as Roachford's. He sounds better live than he does on the CD
