Product Description

Robert McLean, Shepparton, Austraila

Thank you for writing the book, telling your story about Everest. The Right Mountain was both inspirational and educational, but beyond that a beautiful publication, it is simply a delight to own.

A book that first captures the heart and then goes on to snare the mind. The lessons go down easy, but they refuse to go away.

UNMISSABLE 13 April 1999
By A Customer
Format:Hardcover
The Right Mountain combines two factors which make it unmissable: A fascinating story of climbing mount Everest and lessons which come out fomr the climb which will follow you in the rest of your life. The narative is simple yet majestic and the importance of the lessons inside is undescribable. I don't know what else to say, except: Miss this book at your own peril!

Thank you Jim for a wonderfull journey

Inspirational! 6 Sep 1999
By A Customer - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
This book was very different than any other book that I have read on Everest. The author offered very clear insights and lessons that can be applied to everyday life. At first I was disappointed and wanted to return the book, but after reading the first few pages, I appreciated it greatly. If you want a technical book on climbing Mount Everest, this is not for you. If you give it a try, however, like I did, you may learn some very valuable lessons on life. Go for it! Thank you to the author for inspiring others.

One of my favourites. I give this book to everyone as a gift. There are many "motivational" books written, but this one is inspiring and truly meaningful.
