Format:Audio CD
If you're a fan of taskforce, braintax, Tommy Evans or British hip-hop in general this is a must buy. Jehst has collaborated and played with some of the best rhymers, turntablists and producers British hip hop has to offer and in turn some of them now collaborate with him! A lot of the tracks on the album will be familiar, as many are from previously released EPs, such as the trilogy and the incredible Alcoholic Author but theres a few new tracks, (or at least ones that i hadnt heard)that keep the status quo of dirty beats and intelligent rhymes going.
It's a phat album that must be heard. I only wish the availibility of British hip-hop in general was better, because to the uninitiated, once they hear this: their gonna wanna hear more.

Format:Audio CD
The 7th track on this CD, Alcoholic Author, is enough to give the CD a five-star rating. But the rest of the tracks are great too. There are really only 8 tracks (with one skit, one "instrumental", and one remix) but that is one of the things I love about it... unlike so many other hip-hop artists, Jehst has not sacrificed quality for the sake of quantity. His lyrics are intelligent. his production is spot-on - "1979" is especially good. Overall, a top CD from one of the UK's best.

this album is the second one of Jehst's that i own (Falling Down is the other), and i have to say, out of all the UK rappers i know, Jehst is one of the most unique and enjoyable emcees. It's not full of 'banging' tracks and easy-on-the-ear anthems, but if you invest a little time into this album you really begin to appreciate the wordplay, production and thought that's gone into this album.
