Really helpful insights, scenarios etc. Something I could relate to often and some really handy advice on how I talk and approach subjects. It helped me reflect on my past and inspired my partner and I to go for professional council to help us with our relationship as we had reached a crisis point and split up. It even has advice I can put into other relationships in my life with my parents for example.

In summary, I found it a really helpful book.

After reading a handful of books on the subject of couples experiencing relationship problems this book instantly came across as authoritive, thorough and most of all deeply reassuring about the prospects of improving relationships that might be experiencing trouble.
