Review

A terrific little book for anyone curious to find out what the acronym NLP is all about. --Romilla Ready, Co-Author of Neuro-linguistic Programming for Dummies®

This book lives up to its name. It is clear and easy to read, and explains the key NLP principles in a fun way. The cartoons and stories enhance the messages giving you a greater understanding, and even a smile along the way. --Gillian Burn, Health Consultant and Trainer, Author of The NLP Pocketbook and The Energy and Well-Being Pocketbook

I love this book. It is simple, fun, creative and above all an open door to everything that NLP seeks to represent in a way that just encourages you to want to learn more. And it is presented in a way that suits the learning style of a large part of the population - me included! --Sue Knight author of NLP at Work and International NLP Trainer and Coach - www.sueknight.com

Had some 1-2-1 NLP coaching sessions awhile back, and decided I wanted to learn more about NLP. Bought a few NLP books some time ago, but found them pretty boring (too many words, not enough pictures), which is why, when I saw this book, I purchased it. It is funny, witty, colourful and easy to read. I highly recommend it to all "visual" people out there.

As an NLP Practitioner myself, I've always found it incredibly strange that all the writers of NLP books never address readers who have a visual primary representational system!

From a personal point, I find that NLP books can be very dull, with just pages and pages of words on a subject that is supposed to educate on the use of all the representational systems!

I am happy to say that this book seeks to restore that balance, and it does so in a humorous and readable manner.

A great little introductory book on NLP - well done to the author for filling a hole in the market for us visual people!

I have always been interested in NLP and other forms of personal development, and finally made the time to pick up a book on this subject. I wanted something simple, straight to the point, enjoyable and realistic. I also enjoy sharing books and wanted something that I could pass on to friends, students and family of all ages. This book is informative, easy to read & understand and provides relevant and practical examples. This is not a wishy washy book. I found it a highly enjoyable read and will recommend this as an ideal introduction to NLP for people of all ages.

I've started reading up more about this fascinating subject, but the other books I have read (or tried to read) are a little dry and 'text-booky'. If you're not interested in getting fully qulified in NLP and want a basic understanding of what it's all about, this is a great place to start as it is down-to-earth and simple to understand. Also, for 'Visual' people like me there are loads of pictures, which is great!

One of the best beginner books on the practical application of NLP I've read - and used. You don't have to be an "expert" to become more effective at using language and manage difficult situations
