As usual Roger Philips (and this time with others)uses photography that catches the herbs (set out in medical, culinary, as well as dyes, and other uses) in their natural habitat, as well as in some of the finished products (like cooking etc). Useful tips, recipes, history, uses etc covered for many common and not-so-common herbs. I have to say that Roger Philips research is excellent. If you've ever bought any of the other books from this series and were pleased with them, you certainly will with this one too!
