With a renewed interest in cooking I wanted an easy to follow recipe book on sauces. It needed to cover quick basic sauces for when I am preparing a simple meal for just my wife and I, but also offer some more exciting sauces that I can prepare when she is cooking for a dinner party for friends. This little gem does both. In fact it is so good I am going to buy several more as Christmas presents.
