I used it to support the literacy unit, stories with historical settings. As our topic was Tudor Explorers it fited in well. The children enjoyed it too. Happy to recommend. I used it in conjunction with Drake's Drummer Boy.

Great Tudor related book for my Year 4 class. Linked in well with our topic alongside The Prince, The Cook & The Cunning King by Terry Deary.
