4.0 out of 5 stars Underrated lost gem. 6 July 2010
Format:DVD
I really enjoyed this film when I saw it. This not your average american comedy. Some of the humour is quite dark and similar in style to 'The Office'. I got a copy of this from a friend in America and thought it was great, I told several people about it and that they should go see it when it comes out, but i don't remember it ever being released in the UK. Both lead actors are great and its good to see Sean William Scott in something a bit more serious, and I think he does a great job. If you like something slightly different and off-beat but still very funny, give this film a go.

I have to say I didn't really enjoy this film but probably because I was looking for a laugh-out-loud comedy and this didn't do that for me.

The acting in this film especially by Seann William Scott was good and I'm sure given the right writer this film would have been a good comedy.

This film just wasn't what I was expecting if I'm honest, I was expecting a storyline more along the lines of 'Employee of the Month' when I read the back of the case it said "their professional competition explodes as the two men brave the corporate and psychological tests in their lust for the dream promotion to supermarket store manager! Two guys. One job. No rules! " so I was expecting an over the top battle for the promotion and that was just not the case, what you got was them just going about their day to day work basically.

If you're a fan of Seann William Scott then watch this film or if you are stuck for something to watch, it's ok.

After partially seeing this when i was holidaying in Tunisia i thought id purchase it when i got back.
It tells the story of two people battleing for a promtion in a supermarket. The gags in the film are great and will leave you laughing.
