review "The Princess in his Bed" is an awesome book. The three stories are romantic and very sensual. Lila DiPasqua's writing style is very appealing and while reading this book I was able to relax and forget everything around me. I enjoyed all of the three stories equallly and was impressed that none of the stories felt too short and unfinished. All of the main characters are likable and made reading the book a lot of fun. The combination of the very sensual scenes and the fairy tales worked perfectly for me. The stories are hot, fun to read and lovely and that's exactly what I like in books.

final appraisal I loved reading "The Princess in his Bed" and think that this book is a treat for all fans of lovely and very hot historical romances. I enjoyed how the fairy tales were used to create sensual and exciting stories. I will definitely read more by Lila DiPasqua in the future because she's a great author.
Deliciously hot stuff! I love the male perspective in these stories wich means we get some filthy language which I doubt anyone would have used in 18th century France (or whenever this is supposed to be set) or at least certainly not outside a brothel! Totally unrealistic but a complete turn-on. The male characters are ridiculously gorgeous permanently half naked alpha males who shag anything standing and the female characters, even the ones who are virgins, are not exactly blushing ingenues. I loved it. Raunchy and at times unintentionally hilarious fun.
There are three stories, supposedly based on fairy stories and very much the same. Stories open with men discussing women in a sexual way that is presumably meant to be sexy. The male heroes act like contemporary New age males of great sensitivity and understanding in spite of the fact that they are supposed to be eighteenth century aristocrats. The historical angle is a joke and the erotic element seems to rely heavily on the use of four letter anatomical words
