5.0 out of 5 stars Quick and easy entry 12 April 2006
Format:Paperback
If you are interested in a quick and easy entry to a part of emotional intelligence this might be the book to start with. Depending were you are with your self development you may find some parts of the book on the low end and not challenging. However, I think there are plenty of suggestions how to improve your social intelligence (or relationship managemnt as it is called in Daniel Goleman's EQ model).

How to state the obvious - and stretch it out to 160 pages.
Glad I borrowed this from the library and didn't waste my own cash on it.

I enjoyed this book - I did feel that I already knew about lots of the things but it kind of gave me a structure. Overall I think it was a worthwhile purchase.
