I won a "pomodoro" at JavaDay IV in Rome, and this is the user manual !!!
A simple, powerful technique to manage YOUR time. Try the technique for a couple of pomodoro..... you'll be surprised. How many times are you interrupted during a 25 minutes activity ? Try to keep yourself focused on a single simple task for 25 minutes...... so, you are not able to ? You MUST try this.

The book is very clear, well written ... and useful! Of course, it is a *must read* for those who are going to use the Pomodoro Technique. Anyway, it may be an interesting reading also for people who're not planning to use Cirillo's tecnique for organizing their work / study activities.
