Product Description

Product Description

The solar system where we live is an exciting place - full of planets, moons, asteroids, comets and many other remarkable characters.

But have you ever wondered what they get up to when we're not looking?

Meet 'The Planets' - a series of characters based on the nine Planets in the solar system, the sun, the moon and Halley's Comet.

Meet Eartha - a beautiful blue-green Planet desperate to slim down her curvy hills and mountains.

Meet Loony Moon - a sad little moon who hates his craters and who has a very dark side.

And meet Sam Sun - who thinks the whole solar system revolves around him and who has rampant solar wind problems.

Look out for the rest of The Planets series - coming soon!

From the Publisher

A witty way of introducing The Planets to the under tens, this series combines well-drawn characters and cheeky stories with stylish illustrations. This book teaches children to look out into the universe in a whole new way and wonder what the planets are doing. (What, for example, happens when the sun blushes...?!)

This clever and unique series will teach children about the solar system and introduce them to a new set of familiar and very loveable characters.

Perfectly sized for small hands to hold and the perfect length for a bedtime story.
