A must read for anyone with or post cancer, an alternative to consider from just taking the "drugs" is here, if you are strong enough to follow your heart, do read the book its very revealing, I am trying the receipes and converted to being a vegan, not easy after 60 years, but its mylife after all.

bought this book for some years ago and feel it is still helpful for my problems. in the first few pages, it describes the basics of the monthly subject then onto the health issues and afterwards, some ideas for recipes made from the phyto factor that is soya. any women who are having problems with just medications to control them should consider their dietary changes which is the safest way in helping them back to health.
