For anyone who ever thought that Lea & Perrins was just for splashing on your cheese on toast, this book should prove a real eye opener!

The book is packed full of tips and recipes for using this classic British sauce...from the simple (Worcester Roasties...a great way to add some extra flavour to your roast potatoes) to the downright unusual (Summer Strawberry Salad anyone?).

One theme that runs through this book is that Lea & Perrins is straightforward and simple to use - there is no excuse to just try it with spag bol or shepherds pie. Take heart from this book and start experimenting....and add a few splashes of Lea & Perrins as you go!!

Very interesting learning the history of Worcestershire sauce. Full of yummy recipes. The cover is eye catching. Great for all Worcestershire Sauce fans.
