Robert Dave Johnston has written an exquisitely clear and simple to follow guide book for fasting and detoxification and spiritual awareness. Chapters cover what to eat, when to eat, why to eat and how much. You won't find any strange food items on his food lists either, just regular healthy food in healthy portions. I found this book very useful and I intend to follow the instructions to cleanse my body of toxins and stimulants. The most interesting concept I found in this book was The 5 D's. Decide. Define. Declare. Designate. Develop. together making a mantra to help one when the cravings and hunger are at their worst. Pick up this wonderful little book. You won't regret it.
