This was one book I could not put down, even reading on the bus going to work. I really enjoyed it.
Sometimes you pick a book up and it takes a while to get into the story but not this one, I would recommend this to anyone.
Nice surprise for the ending.

Having read and loved Christmas at Tiffany's by Karen Swan I was looking forward to reading The Perfect Present and it didn't disappoint.
A book which will be passed on to others who I know will enjoy.
Don't be too mislead by the Christmassy looking cover and title (as is also the case with Christmas at Tiffany's)....neither are totally focused on Christmas!

As an avid book reader, I probably buy eight books a month. This was one of my latest purchases and it was not only a sensational read, but one of my favourites of the year. Laura is such a vulnerable character that you immediately side with. Her chemistry with Rob Blake is obvious after the first conversation but of course, this can't be because he has commissioned Laura to create a charm necklace for his wife Cat. I literally couldn't put this down and recommend it for anyone who wants a fun read for Christmas.
